Whoa! If some of you folks think this is a harsh thread, don't ever read a post on 'Occupancy', 'Refillable Mugs', "Taking Kids Out of School for WDW' or 'My Child is 3 YO But Doesn't Look It - Do I Need a Ticket?'. This is a DIScussion board, and when someone posts their opinion, they should be prepared for it to be DIScussed.

LOL...I agree, I don't think that this is a harsh thread at all. I am one of the ones that posted my opinion, as well. I don't have ANYTHING against anyone enjoying US/IOA better than Disney. Anyone who would get upset over that is just being silly.

However, as it has been said, these are DISboards where people come to talk about their opinions. I didn't enjoy US as much as I do WDW but I dont' feel offended by those that posted they really like US/IOA. I wasn't, as I am sure that most posters weren't, trying to flame Maxx at all. To each their own and Maxx, if you enjoy US/IOA more, than I sure hope you have many more wonderful trips there. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. And just becuase others posted that they like Disney more, they shouldn't be jumped on either or sought out as being rude.

We always visit both parks on our vacation to WDW. That's why we go for 9 or 10 days. Our vacation would not be a vacation without US/IOA. We also always do Sea World. They are different but they are both wonderful! I'd never miss either place, I'd feel like I were being cheated!

We like them both ... but Disney is our favorite and the place where we want to spend most of our time. This trip DS and DB are going to IOA for one day; DH and I thought about going also, but quite frankly, there's not enough that we want to do in only one park to make it worth going along; the cost of the ticket to do both parks in one day is too much. Am thinking that Universal may need to adjust their ticket prices,etc now that Disney had changed theirs.
