No idea if it's a new survey or just new to me so thought I'd ask
Among the areas covered one of the really curious parts about it, they were asking lots of questions about communication.
Do I know of the various ways that AP can receive communications?
How do I get them now?
So it seems to me that they may be looking into some of the issues that have been brought up of late.

The survey also asked about both the Epcot after hours even and the Toy Story after-hours events. We ended up having to miss both unfortunately so I didn't get any questions related to those events.

The other questions had to do with the value of the Pass, appreciation of Passholders, things along those lines.

Anyone else get this survey? Or one similar? Or has it been around a while and I'm just now getting it

I got the survey. I hadn’t received one like this in the past. However, this was my third survey from WDW this week; we are still here. Maybe they want opinions while they are fresh in our minds.

I've never been a passholder, but I am very interested in what they are doing to make passholders feel appreciated. We are huge Star Wars fans and would totally buy APs if there were some exclusive access that would make it possible to see Star Wars land when it opens. I am keeping a close eye on this one.

Just saw something posted on the news thread that there’s going to be a new pass holder help line. (Not sure I’m characterizing that correctly but it’s something like that).

No, I have not gotten that survey, wish I did. I have had an AP for about 10 years and I just do not get any of the emails, neither does my husband. I emailed them about it, and all of the suggestions they made to fix the issue were useless as that's how I already had my account configured, it is frustrating.

Were you just there? Right after our trip in Mid July (as in 2 or so days after returning) I got a similar survey. The focus was on communication about DAH and EMM. I also received one specifically about our meal at Via Napoli.

I went to the MK AP Event in August and received the same survey. It asked all about how I felt as an AP and how Disney is treating AP's. I told them :p

Yes, got home Wednesday night

I felt a lot more thanked during the 40th anniversary discounts at most all QS locations. (Or as DL does all the time)
Yeah, I told them in the survey that ver thanked was one of the things that I never felt.
They even asked about other passes I held and how Disney compares.
We hold Universal passes and I think overall, Universal offers better benefits. I told them that.

If they want to make me feel appreciated, all they have to do is give me a freaking lid with my soda! There are no words for the level of aggravation that is generated by a hike through the seating area at Flame Tree BBQ carrying a flimsy plastic tray with four large cups of soda on it, and no lids! I was absolutely covered with soda by the time we found a table, and our cups were 1/4 empty.

Ok, rant over lol.

I haven’t received a survey. Then again I don’t receive any Passholder emails. Not one person in my family of four gets Passholder emails.

I don’t get any AP emails either. I get other emails from a Disney like when we are scheduling dining etc but never ever get AP emails. Wonder why?

Neither DW or I receive any passholder emails. We have resident passes so I might expect more immediate, happening now sort of announcements. You would think that Disney would be flooding us with weekly emails to entice us to come to the park and hopefully spend a bit of money. Especially during "quieter times". We usually get a QS lunch or at least grab a snack during our "walks enhanced by Disney".

The only time I get Disney surveys is when I have just returned and have never received one specifically for being an AP holder. For the last 4 years I've gone 4 times a year and before that was going at least every other year for over 35 years. I'm feeling a little under loved. I miss the little figurines they used to put in the rooms when you were a returning visitor. Oh well,I'll be there in a couple of weeks so maybe I'll get a survey.

I got a passholder survey after one of my trips this year.... but it was one of those where it asked a few intro questions and then I got the screen saying, “I’m sorry, but we’re looking for other guests for this particular survey”... or something along those lines. I don’t even remember the first few questions, however I responded, I guess they didn’t want the likes of me in the survey. Ha!

We've had an AP a lot over the last 10 years, never had a survey for that. Had gobs of the resort survey when we got home.

AngiTN, off topic, if I can be nosy, but how many trips a year do you take? About every week, you are there, just back or almost ready to go. At least it seems like that. :teeth:

LOL, we go about every 2 months, so 6 times a year, most are short trips except the one where we take DGD at the end of school

AK has never given lids and bad news, it's spreading. They are rolling out eliminating them property wide. Straws too

We solve the problem by just drinking beer :)

I've gotten AP surveys with detailed questions on communication before.
