Just Got An Email Code!

Hey does anyone no how you get the stitch code if you do anyone no the code!!pirate:

Hi.

It came either by post card or e-mail and you need the code to get the discount. Each code is different (what I was told) on all the e-mails and post cards.
 
Well, I called and I was told there is no pin attached to my name even though I have the email right here that says "Dear (my last name) Family" with a pin. The first guy couldn't find it, and ultimately hung up on me, so I called back a second time and she said sorry there is nothing here and kept asking if it was sent to me or in someone else's name. I think it's quite silly that I have the email and there is nothing they can do. I'm going to shoot off a comlaint email right back to where the email came from. Oh well. :confused3


This just happened to me as well. I was given this email address to send my questions/complaints to.... wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com. Hopefully they resolve this I am so willing to book today if I could. Ours was also sent ot my husbands email address in my mother in laws name :confused:confused3 :confused3

Hopefully they will fix that as well.

Those of us that rae having problems with this code need to let each other know what happens so hopefully we can all get the code and get this resolved.

I just called and cancelled and rebooked slightly different dates and was told I didn't need to give the reservation rep the pin, because it was already in my profile :confused3, which is completely different then what I was told yesterday. Anyways good luck and keep us posted.
 

What is the phone number that you call to check if you have a pin code attac:confused3 hed to your name/email address?
 
Could I also have the number to check? I have been going to Disney for years and have never received a postcard or email. Thanks!!:)
 
Hi. Could I bother you for the number as well? I'm another one of those people who has been going for years, signed up for everything, but never gets a postcard or email. Figured I was just unlucky, but after reading this thread, it might be worth calling to check....

Thanks for posting that. I emailed them, but sadly I don't think they will email me back before the ding rate I planned on booking expires (4:45 today). I can't call since I'm at work and called the first time on my lunch break.

For all of you asking about a number to call - just call whatever number you would use to make a reservation and select the prompt for a new reservation - ask them to check if you have a pin code attached to your name.

great googly moogly!!!! i had checked my spam folder and seen something in passing about an email from disney but i thought it was junk so i deleted it. then i saw this thread. :( so i called disney this morning and asked about anything attached to my name and they said nothing was there. so just for kicks i logged back onto my deleted folder and sure enough, the email was there!!! so i called up disney and the quote me 9 nights at POFQ for 880, which is much better than the $1400+ that we had now! :) the only difference is that now we are going in from december 15-24 instead of may 13-22. that's good, i think, though because there will be lots of christmas lights (my gf loves them), the temperature will be cooler and half of our stay will be during value season so hopefully there will be less crowds. thanks to the OP of the thread because i would've totally missed this otherwise. :):):)

Well I've never got one before either but I just got off the phone with them and they told me that my email addy wasn't the one that they had on file. So I gave them the current one and she told me to keep watching that I will get one "soon" (yeah...whatever that means...lol) and she told me that she is sure that there will be a great deal for September for when we want to go, but she can't say anything.
Anyways....still no pin.... so I'm out of luck too....

Oops forgot to mention...after I asked if there was a code in folder and she said no....she told me that it's the year of a million dreams....and she also said you never know what might just happen for you to come, and left it as that. That can be taken sooooooooo many ways. She could of been just advertizing the "year of a million dreams slogan".
 
well, I called again this morning, and they gave me the rate (after two failed attempts last night) yeah! The CM I had was VERY helpful. Anyway, she told me that I "might want to rebook ""when"" the free dining promotion comes out as that will be a better deal" I asked her if that was a definite, and she said that she hasn't heard anything "official" as of yet, but don't be surprised.
