Just Got A Poly Survey Postcard......

Disney sent me a Survey Request Postcard in the mail today. It thanked me for my recent Poly stay and said they chose a small number of select guests (I guess to make me feel special? lol) to fill out a computer survey on line. I'm sure a lot of recent guests got one also. I went on line and completed it (it was long!). They wanted details!!! Since I had such a wonderful time there, I didn't mind taking the time doing it and giving my opinions. I also did a survey walking into Epcot one day. What better way for Disney to get guest suggestions and reactions. I'm glad they want to know and that they value our opinions. Wonder if they do this for all resorts. Anyone else get a card in the mail?

I got one when we returned from AKL.

Our first magical trip to the Poly and we got the postcard. I sent back glowing reviews! The second time we stayed at the Poly(same time following yr) got the card in the mail. I was half way through the survey and my computer crashed and for some reason it my password wouldn't work again. Our third stay at the Poly was a wee less than magical and I waited for that postcard to come and it didn't I really would have liked to have let them know a few things. We are staying AKL this next time so we'll see.

I sort of thought it was normal. We have gotten one every stay. Too bad there is no feedback for the comments.

Yeah, I figured this was a "common" thing but I'm still glad Disney wanted my opinion (glowing, except for the gift shop). I never got a card last WDW trip, but that was back in 2001.

I have gotten one from the Polynesian a few weeks ago. I have never received one from any moderates or values. That was our first time receiving a survey postcard.

after our stay in May. Shortly after that I booked another stay there and got a info packet in the mail and there was a letter from the GM of POFQ saying thanks for staying there..LOL

We have received them hit or miss over the years. Got one last month for our stay at the Poly in August. As Tikiman said, I wish there was feedback from our comments.

I got one after our trip last month. I kept getting interuppted and I never finished it.

I got one from WL from our September trip. This was the first time, though, that I've ever received one.

I would love, however, to get a discount rate postcard someday!

I just received a postcard from the Poly, too. I was happy to participate in the survey. I had a wonderful time at the Poly and was pleased to share my positive impressions with Disney.

I got one from CBR from my recent trip. I love how the postcard has the resort logo on it. Perfect for my scrapbook!

I didn't receive one from the Poly for our August trip. I also thought that staying concierge we would get a chocolate postcard, but did not. boo hoo It was a great trip.

We've gotten 2 for our stays at BWI and YC. They're the only 2 times we've ever gotten postcards.
