I have been doing this as well, but my hopes were somewhat deflated today when I heard another mom say she had gotten a postcard from Disney for free dining yesterday. Now I hope the cards arriving in my area are staggered, or else I guess there's not one for me. Good luck to you!

I received another free dining pin in the mail yesterday! This is my first pin I have received in the mail. I am already using an email pin for free dining in December!

I have seen many around my state and the south are receiving these. We also will be there the week of Thanksgiving. Were hoping to add dining or a room discount. We are taking my parents this time and was hoping to show them of the great restaurants we dined in on our last trip.

This might sound silly, but you do know those black out dates don't apply to you? Sorry if you understand this already, but the way it sounds is like you think you may have some black out dates with your free dining...you don't.

I just got a postcard with a pin number in today's mail. I was able to apply it to my existing reservation 11/24 - 11/30.

My original reservation cost was $2701, which included the quick service dining plan. With the pin the cost is now $2107, which is with the regular dining plan.

Do you think this is a cheaper price than the general public free dining. Should I call and ask to apply my pin. Not sure if the price would change at all since I am already getting free dining. The cost should be the same, but you could consider going at different dates, depending on your offer. If you were interested in seeing Disney decorated for Christmas (and December dates are inlcuded in your pin), the cost should be the same. The cost could actually go up a little if you switched your dates to a regular season time frame instead of value season (some October dates are regular season).

A lot depends on your party. For instance the dining plan we would have three adults since my oldest is 12 and one child, age 6. So that is an approximate savings of $130.00 (40 x 3 = 120.00 plus 10 x 1 = 10.00) per day for our family.

I compared my vacation to if I was going in August 24 - August 30th with free dining and the price would be $1944.33, a $163.76 more for the November vacation.
