So, out of curiousity - does the PIN code come from Universal directly? And, do you have to make the booking through the Universal site, or can you use the code directly on the Loews site?

You need to call to get the deal. You can't use the code online.

I got one and now I'm going to call to check for availability and see if it's worth a trip to Florida. Didn't have any trips planned for this year, but may be worth it...

Just out of curiosity, I just checked old email account and sure enough there was a pincode for 40% off. I thought it would end up being the same as smsm but...hell no...its an extra $400 off. I told the lady on phone to shut up. My husband has been pushing portofino instead of disney and this deal just sealed it. Ironically, I had pincode for yacht club that pales in comparison. Disney...you have been checked and mated!!

And with all the Portofino rooms just recently remodeled, it is really a good deal!!!
