Just got a call from DS16's math teacher....

We had a snow day last Wednesday, so they rescheduled midterms for tomorrow. He was calling to remind his students of the rescheduled exam, but he also let me know that my son was one of the best students he has. According to this teacher my son is one of the finest, determined, hard-working students he has ever known What a great phone call!!!

Isn't it nice to get a positive call??? Last year, DS's 7th grade Language Arts teacher called to tell us what a great paper he wrote.

I am going to school for Elementary Education and one thing I want to make sure I do is to keep in contact with parents for the positive things, not just the negative.
