Those 6 pounds took a LONG time to lose too!!

I just never could recover after thanksgiving. I'm so disappointed in myself. All my size 6's and 8's feel tight and I feel so bloated and swollen.

And I don't know where to start to get back on the wagon. /cry
 
You know you can do it. Yes it does take longer to get them off then it does to put them on. Please take it from me, start now while it is only at 6 pounds instead of 40 pounds. I'm cheering you on because I know you can do it. Your signature has that 45pd. clippie in it, so we know you can do it. Hugs to ya!
 
Hang in there, I know what you are going through. For over 6 months I have gained weight, lost some and then gained back the pounds I lost and a few more. I would get angry at myself and get back on my program and then slide off.
I found that "kick starting" my program got me back on track. I am following the South Beach and went back to the first stage and that really helped me lose the weight I had gained and I started losing again. I know it really made me feel better about myself again. Maybe something like that will help you too.

Boy I definately know what your going through. I got all the way down to goal and did good for a few months. Then BAM. I'm up a little over 20lbs. How the heck did that happen. It took me over a year to get to goal. The main thing is you are snapping back to reality before you gain too much. You can do it! You can do it with WISH. I really believe that staying active here is how you get it done. It's not easy, but together we can all do this.
 

I have gained about 6 pounds as well since my birthday at the end of October. I still work out 3 to 4 days a week so this probably helps or I would have put on more. I go to Step class and also ride the stationary bike. I also still drink a lot of water. I had been doing Atkins and had lost 30 pounds in about 6 months. I am planning on starting back January 2. I know it is bad to put it off, but with all the parties and yummy treats it is hard. I don't go crazy really, but I have been eating things like baked potatoes, oatmeal and bananas, all foods I can't normally have. I can't even think about cheese at the moment.
Good luck with getting back on the program. I just cannot do it yet.
