I checked to see what my airfare would be if I booked today on the same flight I booked 2 months ago:

This was for 4 people from Indy to Orlando, 6/27 - 7/5:

Today: $2,044.80

2 Months Ago: $548.80

The lowest fares in that market likely require 14-days advance purchase which you no longer have. In addition, if you checked only the specific flights you're booked on, the lowest fare levels are probably sold out leaving only higher fares. Alternate flights could have lower fares for the same dates. Look at your flights again 1 day prior to departure and prepare to be REALLY shocked!
