I did this same thing and I received a "generic" reply saying pin codes were given out randomly and to keep checking their special offers page. Maybe you'll have better luck that I did.

In Jan. DH sent an e-mail to 'disney destinations', asking if we could use a PIN that our son had just received. We knew the answer would be "no". Sure enough they did reply that if DS was not part of our reservation, we could not use his PIN. BUT, 4 days later we got our own 40% PIN. We used it to upgrade from ASMu to POFQ.
At least you all know that now they have your e-mail in their system correctly - maybe that will improve your odds. Everytime I call about something and they verify my e-mail, they quote one that I haven't had in years.
