......as for me, I have the Hilton Head/ Charlston vacation; the combo AKL/ BCV vacation; and the trip to California to visit my sister and then a swing down to stay at The Grand Californian on points....I need more vacation time and more points!!! :jester:

Points scheduled with MS for Dec 02 and June 03. Plans for Nov 03 and June 04. Then of course, we'll have to have 12/04 as well, then June 05 and Nov 05.

I'm sure you had DVC in mind but my horizons are broader. We have 9 days on the ocean in Nuevo Vallarta MX in June in a 3 BR ocean front (last night 2 BR). We have two 2 BR units at Marriott's Grande Ocean 5 July in 2003 also. We usually sponsor an EOY family trip where we provide the lodging. We've done this at VB, OKW and Marriott's at HH. There in a tenative plan for a cruise for 2005. I'd like to do the DCL but since it's a large family cruise, I don't think that's going to work unless I foot much of the bill, we'll see. I keep asking my wife what she would like to do for 2004 but she can't think that far ahead. We will likely do a week at DVC and a week in Aruba then if things work out is my first thinking. By 2005 we'll have the last child out of the house and it's really party time. Last minute trips when school is in session, cheap off season cruises, weekends at the beach and at DVC.

Besides the 3 DVC trips listed below with countdowns, we are going to San Antonio for 7 days this summer(4th of July week) . But we are also planning on a Beach Cottage" at VB the 1st week of July in 2004.

On my computer I have next years' Oct. trip (BCV/BWV) and the following years' Sept. trip with my sil and her dh (OKW, then time to ourselves at VWL, maybe a weekend at BCV) already planned out and then in my head I have loose plans for beyond that....a trip to Disneyland, one to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Seas (and other places in Japan), a visit to HH once we get ourselves moved to SC, and various trips to WDW in different seasons and different resorts....we would like to camp again sometime, try out some of the other hotels on cash, stay at Saratoga Springs when its available...etc...

I've got more vacation plans in my head than we'll ever be able to take! LOL

I forgot the trip to Europe and the cruises I'd like to try too! I wish I could get a job going on vacation! LOL

I am booked through 2006 when DH and I celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary on a Disney Cruise! Each year til then I plan to go with: 03 a lady friend, 04 my daughter, 05 my son for a week on points. ALSO each year DH and I will go to our other timeshare and visit a different WDW resort one night mid-week. I have even calculated all the points needed (based on current value) and when to skip the Fri. or Sat.! As you can tell, sometimes at work I have very little to do...

We are planning a week long trip at BCV in January 2003 with our middle son and then DH and I will spend a few days at Vero Beach. Hope the weather is nice then. It's our first trip to both BCV and Vero.
Then, with some extra points saved from 2003 added to our 2004 points, we are going to take the Western Caribbean cruise in January of 2004 and then back to WDW to OKW for a week.
Hopefully with some borrowed points we will be able to take oldest son and family for a few days to BWV or BCV in Nov. 2004.
In 2005, we want to bring youngest son and his wife who has never been to WDW before. She has 1 1/2 yrs of college left.

Well I have our December trip all planned....... Then Boston (Boston Harbor on points) for July or August 2003 Or maybe Jan or Feb 2003 Cant decide weather to go before or after baby #3 is born), Then a HUGE get together at OKW (18-25 rooms to book) In June of 2004.

With prolly one trip to WDW before the June 2004 trip.

And one trip to California, and one or two trips to Columbus Ohio.

And When the youngest kid is 4.... hmmm that would be in 2007, be plan a week long Disney Cruise :teeth:

Our next vacation is non-Disney, we are spending a week in DC in February.

We will be going to HH for the 4th of July, with a few days tacked on at Portofino Bay at Universal Studios. We have never been to US, so I sure this will make for some interesting comparisons!

Christmas 2003 will be spent at BWV. Another few days at US, since we will be buying the annual pass for our July trip.

July 2004 we plan to do the 7 day western caribbean cruise.

That all I have planned out for now!

December 2002 for DS 7th B-day
November 2003 for DD 7th B-day
Possibly October 2004 for MNSSHP
Probably a January trip somewhere in there for extended family in a GV when my brother has college break.

Haven't thought much farther ahead than that other than real concept ideas, like eventually hitting Mt. Rushmore, Washington DC and Grand Canyon with the kiddos when they are old enough to remember and understand it all.

Our 1st trip home to VWL in Dec and hopefully DCL in Nov '03. Not enuff pts. to do all we would love to do but happy enuff with what we do have.

In my head for DVC trips a total of 4.

That's cuz I want to take my family down in September 2005 and I want to try to book 5 studios at OKW, so I need to pay close attention to my points!

No firm plans yet, but we'll certainly visit WDW to celebrate our 70th birthdays in 2003. Also, our 50th anniversary will probably be our next big family get together in 2006. Last one was 2001, using almost 3 years of points for two Grand Villas and 1 studio.

As with most of you, we get lots of flack about WDW being our first choice for vacation and visiting at least once a year. Poor uninformed souls that have never had the feeling of entering through the RR station and getting that first rush of the sounds and the sights of the MK, or sat on a bench around Crescent Lake as the lights come on across the lake in the Boardwalk. Oh well, I guess that we cannot save the world.

Our first trip home is in June 2003 at BCV. Then in July 2003, our annual week in Ocean City, NJ, and again in July 2004. Another DVC trip June 2005 to celebrate DD high school graduation(eek-I'm getting old!)-maybe at HH. Nothing else spectacular or exotic. We take a lot of day/weekend trips, since we leave near so many interesting places (20 min. from Philadelphia, 1 1/2 hours from Baltimore, MD, Lancaster, PA , 1 hour from Jersey Shore-Ocean City, Atlantic City, 2 hours to Cape May or NY).

SheriB - We are neighbors!!! I live in Burlington and work in Mt Laurel.

As for vacations, we are doing the 3 night cruise in May followed by 5 nights at BWV, just our family, the 4 of us. Then we are planning for either Jan/Feb 04 for a week with my in-laws, definitely need a 2 bdrm. We are also going in Dec 04 with my family, not sure where we plan to stay, but it will be with pts. Have started to think about 2005, but not a 100% sure. 2005 will be my 10th wedding anniversary, so we will definitely be doing something. 2006 - World Cup Germany! I know that my dh would love to be there. Maybe we could trade out and use our pts, but if not, we will just have to pay cash. So, yes I have been planning....;)

Hey Eeyore Fan!

Hi neighbor! I live and work in Gibbstown. Maybe we'll meet up on a DVC vacation sometime (if not, maybe at Deptford Mall-LOL)

Sheri

We had a dry spell for awhile, we hadn't visited WDW from 12/01 till 10/02. (How did that happen??):( :( :(

We're making up for lost time. We'll be staying at OKW over the Christmas/NY holidays, then we have the member cruise in February, we have a week booked at VWL in June, and we have a cruise on the Magic booked for next December.

I have a feeling that we'll also be doing something in September when DH turns the big 50.;)

Geez, I spend most of my time planning vacations in my head - just hope I live long enough to take them. With my daughter and grandchildren, using points to go to Maui for 2 weeks in June, then a spring break week at WLV in March 2004. After that, a non-point vacation to San Francisco & northern California in 2005. With my husband, I plan to use points to try for a Carribean exchange in February of 2004, and a long weekend at the Sagamore, and maybe a short trip to DW for the F&W Festival, or maybe the Christmas decorations - that's a tough call. Once we save our pennies again (just renovated 2 bathrooms), will probably head for a European destination for a couple of weeks.

Next year we have reserved:
Royal Garden London (DVC exchange) May17-24
VWL July 19-26
To be reserved:
Morritt's Grand Cayman Nov for 2 weeks
And:
A long weekend (date undecided) at WDW
