Just Engaged! Planning WDW Wedding 2012!!!

Hi all! We are just starting our planning for our Walt Disney World Wedding. We are still debating whether we want an Escape Wedding or Wishes. Realistically, we probably will only have a MAX of about 30 people. Has anyone on here planned a Wishes wedding for around 30 people and kept it at the $12,000 budget??? Is this even possible? Also, has anyone done the Illuminations Dessert Party? Was it worth the expense? Any recommendations would be great! Thanks!

We are doing a Wishes wedding with 25-30 people. We were debating between a escape or wishes. My fiance is very good with money and we created a spreadsheet of our costs escape vs wishes. Since we wanted to do a meal after the ceremony, if we did it with escape it would be at a restaurant. We figured escape to actually be more money to us, so we went with wishes. We are keeping the Disney part to $13,000, but since you will have expenses outside of Disney, our total with the $13,000 Disney and rest non-Disney stuff (dress, shoes, tux, honeymoon at Disney 6 nights, hair and make up, and other misc stuff)is about $21,000. We are planning a 10 am Saturday ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion, white hall reception lunch, and dessert party that night at Epcot. Now these are just our estimates. We are not having any bridesmaids or groomsmen... So no flowers there. Also we cut out Disney photography and got Randy Chapman, which made it possible for our dessert party.
