Just emailed Concierge with PS requests... Questions....

I just emailed the list of our PS requests to the pre-planning office of the Wilderness Lodge/Polynesian. Fortunately the same office handles both resorts so I was able to just send one email.

My question is, Will they let me know when/if I've gotten the PSs that I've requested? My 90-day windows open up starting next week, so I wanted to get my requests in to them now. Will they let me know each day whether they were able to get the PSs for that day, or just wait until they've made all of them and let me know at the end? Thanks!

I also sent mine!! Tara at the Poly, said she will let me know as soon as she has the ps' finalized, so we can plan the other activities for our trip. I'm sure they'll let you know soon.

They will probably let you know at the end of the week unless there is something they are unable to get. If it is something special like CRT or an illuminations cruise, they will probably email you right away.

All three times I have contacted them, they have gotten back to me, by email with confirmations of all the reservations they secured for me. I think I was notified within a few days. Don't wait, if you don't hear back in a few days send another email or give them a call!

I went through the pre-planning office at the Yacht Club and what happened with us was starting at the 90 day mark, I received 1 email per day with the PS the had made for us, the times and confirmation numbers. I kept receiving them until the had completed my list...

I am very happy with the pre-planning office at the Yacht Club, they really have made things so much easier this trip for us.
