Just drove back on Sunday 11/5/6:
No problems or delays during the weekend. Several areas in GA and FL looked ready for construction work to resume on Monday, but nothing was going on over the weekend that we saw.
There was a slight concentration of GA law enforcement personnel on I-95 between mile markers 40 and 46, but we did not see anyone pulled over. They appeared to be sitting there clocking traffic (two in the median, one at a ramp). Saw only 2 other police on I-95, both driving along in FL.
