Just doing a weekender Sept 9th...Which Park?

We are FL AP holders who have found that we better doing weekend trips just doing one park per trip. We go several times a year.

Any way I Made a ressie for POP when the passholder rates came out for Sept 8-10

This was shortly after I received the Mickey Monitor which eluded to AP Preveiws of Nemo coming soon so I was planning on Epcot. Have an ADR for Garden Grill lunch. Now it's clear the ride is no where near soft openings. So we'll have to hope for Nemo later this fall (I have Ressies for Oct and Nov )

MK has NOJ Sept 9, so it will be closing early.

So where would you go? MK for a short day?, AK?, or Epcot? (MGM really isn't our thing lately)

Why not do the Magic Kingdom in the morning through mid-afternoon, then head over to EPCOT later that day? This way you can get a taste of both parks.
