I switched our reservations!!!
Okay, so our original plan was to take our boys to WDW when they were 3.5 years old. We were going to go from April 30-May 4, 2012. We were going to drive to save on airfare.
Well, I was playing around today, and I priced out taking them right before they turn 3, so we don't have to buy tickets for them... Well, that was enough for airfare!! So, now for the same budgeted cost we are going sooner, and flying for 2 hrs instead of spending 15 hours each way in the car!! So I switched our reservations and we are now going Oct 13-17, 2011.
But now I have gone from having 9 months to plan, to leaving in 86 days!! So I am frantically trying to get everything planned out. So far I am thinking MNSSHP on Sun 10/16, and I have booked ADR's for dinner at Sci-Fi for arrival night, and breakfast at Crystal Palace for departure morning.
I guess I should start a PTR!

I think flying will be much easier-- 15 hours each way just sounded awful
