Just DH and I ADR, wdyt?

I am taking my hubby to stay at AKL Nov 6-12 to celebrate his 40th (Nana is coming to stay with our 4 kiddos, I know we are mean) So here is what I have booked, any opinions? We are on DXDp and its during food and wine!

Yak and Yeti 12pm (I am iffy on this one)
Narcoosee's 7:10 (MK fireworks are at 8, think we can see them?)

Good for you! It looks an excellent line-up to me. I hope you can leave some room to use your snack credits at F&W.

Sounds nice. The only comment I could think of was that you are doing a lot of lunches and dinners and also seemed a bit excited about F&W. The way things are set up, I get the feeling that you aren't going to be able to take advantage of F&W the way you may want to. I would look into making some of those lunches into breakfasts, especially on your EC days. For example, on your DH b-day, maybe instead of TE for lunch, you do Boma for breakfast. This way by the time the kiosks start to open in the WS, it will be lunch time and you may be more eager to use some of those snack credits (snack credits can be used at F&W kiosks), opposed to eating lunch at 12 and then dinner at 5:45. Similar idea goes for the day you have Kona at 1:10 then LC at 8:20. If you had breakfast at Kona, it would give you more time to enjoy F&W without feeling like you are forcing yourself to eat. Just something to think about. Besides that you have some really great choices.

I would probably make a breakfast instead of lunch on day 5. Those times are way too close.
& instead of via napoli, I would take advantage of F&W in Epcot. We hated Via Napoli, I know a lot like it and we did go when it wasn't open for that many months, but I would never go back. The service was horrible and the food wasn't good & the pizza was ok (& it wasn't because it was that type, I live in NY, so I know & have had WAY better).
Ate at most of your other choices except for Boma & Sanaa & they are all good. Love Brown Derby & Yak & Yeti is good, we always go, so I wouldn't be iffy, unless you don't care for the food type or something.

Maybe on Day 5, cancel the Teppan Edo and just stroll around the booths and do tastings at Epcot

Then you could actually start earlier (11AM when they open) and not be overly full for dinner that night.

Not sure you're interested, but the F&W Fest also has special events you may be interested in. I believe the info has come out around August in the past.
