My wife and I will be in WDW for our anniversary and wanted to do something special. We spent the first night of our honeymoon at California Grille during the fireworks and wanted to go back. However - we can't justify spending that much $ again on full meals. Does anyone know if you can book a table/ADR for just dessert during fireworks time? What about at Cinderella's Royal Table?

CRT is a package deal, so I know you can't do it there.

I'm not sure about California Grill. I know this is a restaurant that takes a credit card to guarantee the reservation. There could very well be a minimum purchase. It doesn't specific on the Disney web site, but there is a note that says, "Specific policies related to this facility will be detailed at time of reservation booking." I guess you'd have to wait and see what they tell you when you make the reservation.
