I was looking at what the cost is to stay at BWV for three nights that we are going it said it would be $3,000. Is that really what a non DVC's would have to pay? ( we have 2 bedroom)

A non dvc member staying at a DVC resort would pay whatever the posted rack price is for the room given the time of year and size of the room is. They might get some small discount with an ap but that's about it.

Non-discounted, including tax, during peak season...yeah, that sounds about right.

Peak rack rate (no taxes) is $920. Holiday season is $1040.

Oh, but they do get daily housekeeping!

And to our surprise we found out many non DVC'ers do stay at the DVC resorts and pay those high rates.

And that's per night! Kind of expensive housekeeping service, if you ask me, LOL!
