at what age do you start teaching children that there is different appropriate dress/grooming for different situations? 
I ask because I read the post from the mom asking for haircut help for a school requirement and also at my job a twentysomething manager candidate showed up in short,a tshirt, and sneakers!
He would not get the job no matter how great his qualifications because he was so inappropriately dressed. I know society trends toward casual dress these days but I see so many young people showing up at my desk in shorts/haltertops/thong bearing mini skirts/flipflops-How far is this all going to go?
by the way, I am in my late 30's so I am not really that old either-
