i made a request..actually 2 but its really the same request as first. ask for a certain room location as number #1 then i gave the CM the numbers of the rooms and she put in as second request.

whats my odds? it already shows on my reservation 9 months out. both requests.

should i do it again at online check-in(10 days out) or am i going tic off a room planner....

fingers soooooooo crossed.

It depends on your request and what is available the day you check in.
It never hurts to ask if your request was filled when you check in. Sometimes things do get overlooked, so it's always possible that you could get your request at that point.

On my last on property stay, the CM pretty much went over my requests at check-in. "You got your ground floor room (request #1) just call bell services when you get to your room to let them know to bring your pack'n'play (request #2) around."

ive never got our requests but not disappointing rooms either.

The rooms i asked for are few and special location that i think is popular but not talked about much here.(some of you will guess them)..........

This time it would just be magical if we got them and they arent upgrades just location.

My daughter is graduating college with a Wildlife biology/Nat resource managment degree and this location would probably be just icing on the cake.
She absolutely loves bears and i think think thats where shes headed in her career so we picked WL for that reason alone...BEARS !!!!!!!! my only issue is she likes grizzly bears.....dahhhhhh

I think that the odds of getting a general room location (ground floor, or close to an elevator, or a particular building) are pretty good, depending on just how busy the resort is. OTOH the odds of getting a specific room number are not great at all unless the resort is really empty.

agree with PP ^^^. You have a much better chance of getting a specific area/location than a room number. Rooms aren't even assigned until somewhere around 5-10 days before your trip and at that time the CM is looking at many bookings at a time. So make it easier on them, make your requests more general.

I only gave them a block of room numbers to give them an idea of room i desired in first request.

First request was a description of location........

Ok i requested a "bearface" room.....i gave them their documented description of inner courtyard off lobby 4th-5th floors....i know my odds arent great but someone gets those rooms. i can only wish for some luck.
