Hey all, we are new to DVC and just made our first visit to BCV, our home resort, a couple of weeks ago. After we came home, we got a post card asking us to participate in an online survey. DH gave it to me and I just got around to completing it. It was much longer than I had anticipated, and the questions much more detailed. I did share my only 2 complaints about the unit, we would like to have a larger dining table so that our whole family could eat together (I know, there is not room for it, just thought I would share my complaint) AND, the water pressure was CRAPPY!!!! We only stayed for 3 nights, so did not use the restaurants there, though we did enjoy SAB. Anyone else do one of these survey things?

We have used our DVC twice and I've filled out the survey each time. I wonder if I'll get one after our next trip, (yeah, less than 2 weeks away!)

I tossed a couple of complaints onto my survey last fall (I happen to hate Epcot sign that's been screwed onto Spaceship Earth, and it took almost 2 hours to bus from WL to DD). A few weeks later I got a phone call from an actual live human who had read my complaints and was willing to talk about them.

I have completed several surveys online. I am just WAITING for a survey from our 3 night stay at Caribbean before we transferred to BWV. They will NOT like what I have to say this time!! I called three times on my check in day to inform them that I missed my plane and would be in very late, and to make sure they had a wheelchair for me(a running injury, although I don't run). I checked in at 1:30 AM, and they had my wheelchair all right---locked up until 7 AM the next day!!! If you heard about a sobbing woman being dragged to her room by a man and another woman, that was me! I was unable to walk. The wheelchair was available at 7 AM--and we had to go get it, they wouldn't even bring it to the room for us!!  They couldn't make keys for us, or four other couples, either, so we had to troop over in the AM for that, too. A resort manager called several times over the next 3 days to be sure our stay went OK, but it ruined the first part of our trip.

On the other hand, BWV couldn't have been nicer. They brought the wheelchair to the car, and helped me into it when we checked in, even though they were very busy. Different clientele, perhaps??:earseek:

I won't stay at Caribbean again.:scared1:
