Just Closed and need to contact member service

We have just closed and we are waiting to be put into disney's system. The first vacation I am booking is for my wedding and honeymoon at Disney and I just wanted to call member services to find out about availability at DVC properties so if I need to change my plan I can. Does anyone have the number I can call or a way I can get in contact with them?

If you are not in the system yet, they will not do anything for you. DIS boards do not allow the 800# to be posted, the regular number is 407-566-3800. They are closed until 3:00 today for system upgrades.

Your broker should have given you the contact info and instructions. Give them a call for the info.

thanks guys talked to them today and they said that I should call on monday and if we are not in the system at that point then they would transfer me to accounting so they can look us up and pull our paperwork and try to expedite getting us into the system and maybe even being able to give us a member ID # so that we can get our wedding stay and honeymoon booked. The guy was great and said they would try to help us any way they can because he can understand us wanting to get our room settled for our disney wedding and honeymoon. So yay! I will be calling on monday! Thank you for your help
