But we still had a blast!! 
It is tough if people go expecting to win - we have spent about 16 full days at the parks this year (plus a couple of half days) and only came close once at the end of Test Track. This last trip I didn't see any of the Dream Team members around and only saw a handful of dream fast passes and hats on guests.
The way they advertise the promotion may lead many people to be disappointed. We did have other types of special moments such as riding in front of the monorail, adding great pins to our collection, getting to ride our favorite rides many times, etc. - we make our own dreams.
Don't go expecting anything - Disney is magic enough as it is!
