Just came across an old picture of my son

It was his first Christmas (1990). He was 9 months old here. I had almost forgotten how big he was at that age!! (he was 27 lbs!!) His face really hasn't changed much.

Gosh, I'm starting to feel old!

Wow, you are right, you'd never guess this little boy was a premie! LOL, he certainly made up for his small start, didn't he? Is he still big for his age?

And he's such a cutie too.

Kirk is now MUCH taller than me (not hard though - I'm only 5'!!) He was measured in school the other day and he grew 5" since last year - he is now 5'6". Not sure about the weight - I think he is something like 105....no more pudge-ball!! By the time he was 7, he needed slim pants!! I remember the NICU had a reunion for all their babies when he was about 6 months old...he weighed 24 lbs then. The doctor's were all stunned!! I laughed and said "You told me to make sure he continued to eat well....you didn't tell me how to stop him though!!"
