Just called to get HHN tickets-told no AP discount?

I have just phoned up from the UK to book my HHN tickets.I was then told there are no annual pass doscounts for HHN tickets,is this correct??

I definitely got a discount last year with my tickets

I thought I'd ask you knowledgabele lot then have another go tomorrow
