Just called about the AP's

Just thought I'd share, in case someone else needs to call.
Thanks to the info I've read here (otherwise I wouldn't have known), I just called the customer service # and gave them my DVC i.d. to have the AP's I ordered a couple of weeks ago sent out. The hold time was only about 2 minutes, they asked for my confirmation #, DVC #, and that was all.
Wouldn't you think if they required the #, there would've been a spot there for us to put it???? Just a thought.
