Just bought resale...contract cleared in ONE WEEK!!!!!

Hi all!
Just purchased a VWL resale w/Jaki (she's awesome!!) and it cleared Disney's ROFR in one week, exactly! How exciting!! Can't wait to close and start making reservations!!! Anyone thinking resale~ I'd highly recommend Jaki!!

Welcome Home! I used Jaki, too, on my recent contract. I sent her the initial check 5/21, and had closed and used the points by 6/30! I would also recommend her very highly. I thought she was just great to work with!

Jaki's the one I used too and she called me this morning to let me know I pass ROFR... Submitted on 7/8 afternoon and passed this morning (7/18). So, really that's only 5 working days!
