Just bought my dress!

Hi Everyone! I wasn't sure if there was a thread to post pictures of your gowns! But I wanted to share the dress I bought with all of you! Me and my maid of honor went shopping tonight and I ended up buying the third gown I tried on! I ended up buying it and it was very reasonably priced which was great too!

Here is a picture of my dress from the david's bridal web site: I am going to remove the halter and make it a strapless. I have a muscular build so the halter ends up making me look a bit boxy

Here is the dress my maid of honor picked out to wear: The bridal party will be holding light pink bouquets.

And here are the dresses we picked out for the bridal party!

Tomorrow I am going to view two venues! I'm hoping the one I am in love with from the pictures is as pretty in person!

I'm planning an at home wedding with disney touches since it would be tough for my family to travel to Florida!

Sorry this post is so sporadic and all over the place...I'm just soooo excited!

Thanks so much everyone! I'm really excited, but already getting some bridal party drama!! It would be so much easier to just elope!!! AHHHH Anyone else have any bridal party stuff go down during the planning?

so what other disney touches are you going for? Im very interested to here (will apologise in advance if I borrow any of your ideas for my at home reception he he)

OK so I've been brainstorming some different ideas to add some disney magic to my wedding in MA! Instead of numbering the tables, the table will have names of the characters. So for instance instead of table #1 it will be Cinderella and Prince Charming, Table #2=Lady and the Tramp, Table #3= Ariel and Eric. On each place card we will have a little picture of the character along with the number table so our guests can find their seats easily. I found a gorgeous picture of a cake that I would love to get recreated. I will post a picture in the next post. I also found really cute place card holders that are a castle holding a candle. Our invites and save the dates will also be fairytale themed.

First choice on cakes....but have a very good feeling this will cost me!

Second choice for cake...seems like it might be a tad cheaper lol

Place card holders/slash candle holders so they can also serve as favors!
