Hi y'all..

We are on our first cruise... 7 nights on the Disney Magic... and yesterday my husband decided to join DVC. So now we will be becoming the proud owners of 350 points at Saratoga Springs! I am jazzed...

Hope to check in more once we are at home, but had to share the news now.

That is WONDERFUL!!! I hear that add-onitis is a problem for us DVC members, but w/ your 350 pts, you should be set for while. I only bought 200 SSR and we are now in the process of going for another 100 before our first trip home. Congrats neighbor!!!

Something to think about - you might want to consider breaking down that 350 point contract into either two 175 point contracts or three contracts of 150, 100, and 100.

Your guide can do it for you easily and it won't cost a penny more to do.

The advantages would be:
1) you could leave separate contracts to your children one day
2) if you ever had to sell, you could sell one contract and keep the others - if you had one large contract, you would have to sell the whole contract
