Does anyone have any idea how long it will take them to reach their founding member capacity? (Can't think of a better way to word the question)

How long has it taken for other resorts in the past?

We heard that there will 800 founding members. At BLT I think there were less than that, but it is a smaller resort. We purchased BLT in May 2009 the founding members closed the prior February, about 6 months after sales started.

Can you tell me a little more about financing with your Disney Visa? That is intriguing! Do you then get the reward points from such a big purchase?

We just charged it. By the time the bill was due we had rearranged some finances and just paid the bill in full. The rewards points paid for all our tips on our DCL cruise.

If you know you will not be able to pay it in full do not use the VISA you do not want to be paying credit card interest rates on the balance.

well Hawaiian Airlines just announced a new non stop from Honolulu to Korea. Pending approval but i'm positive this will happen and will be right up Disney's alley.

Maybe I should just buy a couple of fixed week Oceanview rooms for "Golden Week" and ebay them all the way to the bank.....
