Any tips or hints? I have tomorrow off so I won't really be using it until Tuesday (except for the gym of course). Anyway, I have heard 10,000 is the goal but would love more info or opinions if you have one!

I have one. Its really awazing to see how much you do walk in jsut a normal day. What i do is everyday try to beat myself by walking just a little bit more. :cheer2:
 
I have one too - I aim for 10,000 steps a day and I also try to beat my steps from the day before - right now I am at 12,266 :flower:
 
Wear it even on your day off. We have a corporate challenge right now and mine goes on before I get out of bed. (I attach it to my undies...sorry TMI!) And it doesn't come off until I go to bed. My highest total so far was saturday when I hit 13,123 steps...and that is with a walking cast on! I usually hit close to 700 steps before I even leave the house to go to work.

They recommend 10,000 steps a day. Obviously if you do more...good for you! If you do less they would like an increase of 500 per day. (that's what our guidlines say for our challenge)
 

I have one, but it is on it's last leg. My goal this week is to get myself a new one. I also clip mine to my undies because it does stay in place. I tried other places on my pants and it seemed to keep coming off. My goal is the 10,000 a day and if I go over, I am thrilled. Good luck and let us know how you are doing.
