Just booked Yourride, will we be happy?

I just tried to book our usual ride (won't mention name here), but their web site got really complicated and was getting very difficult to communicate with them. So, I wanted to try someone new, so I went to Yourride's site and it was easy as pie to book. It sounds like they have a brand new "Excursion car". We have 5 in our family, would that be for us? Will we like them and are they reliable at the airport and picking up at the resort? thanks!

You might have better luck with this thread on the transportation board. We used yourride on our November trip, and it was great. We would reccomend them to anyone.

We just booked yourride for our Jan. trip. You will not be disappointed! Excellent service.

We had some trouble booking another company also. They never responded to my email.

There was just the two of us. I we used YourRide in May and were very pleased.
Occasionally you do read of problems, but the usual is everyone giving YourRide kudos. Just shows everyone can have an off day.
We have used Mears, one way and RT, had a rental car for a few days and finally used YourRide.
They were the best between all, hands down. DH loves having someone else do the driving. And the car was clean and comfortable. Our driver Jim was very attentive and helpful.
We rebooked with YourRide and will be using them again in less than a month!

I'm sure you will be happy with Yourride.

We arrived back in UK yesterday. Roger from Yourride met us at the airport when we arrived. He was easy to spot with the pink sign. We had a minibus (van?) for the 4 of us.

For our return trip we were hoping that we would get the minibus again, due to the extra suitcases that we appeared to have accumulated. Don't know where they came from! Luckily the minibus turned up. Roger rang the night before our pickup to change the pickup time due to increased security at the airport. He arrived axactly on time. Thanks Roger!
