Just booked for President's Week 2009, and I have never had a more professional CM!!! She was great, I wish I had gotten her name. I didn't bother the day by day, just figured I'd call and if I got it great, if not would waitlist. Booked a 2 bedroom at VWL for 6 nights. She was so on the ball, allowed me a request and when I couldn't figure out how to word it - lake view, but we know there really isn't a lake view, I just want that side of the building, she worded it right!!! Just very impressed, when I booked my last trip, it was a nightmare, the girl was smacking her gum, and I couldn't understand a word she said!!!!!
