Just booked a 2BR lockoff at OKW for Christmas. Whats the difference with a lockoff room? Whats the problem with a handicapped room? Do we need to specifically request a non-handicapped room?
Thanks

A lock-off room is a studio with an adjoining 1 bedroom unit to make a 2 bedroom. It has an outside entrance for both the studio and one bedroom as well as a connecting door betwen the units. The studio also has a kitchenette.

A non-lockoff (or dedicated 2 bedroom) has one one outside entrance - through the one bedroom portion, and no kitchenette oin the second bedroom. Best for folks with small kids in the seconds bedroom.

Handicap units will have lower beds (closer to the floor), little or no under cabinet storage, a roll-in shower instead of the tub in the studio portion, and lower countertops and appliances. They still have the full sized whirlpool tubs in the one bedroom and larger units.
