After a month or more of waiting to book and being told the HDDR isn't taking reservations yet, I was finally able to book for 11/16 just now. I had to call the 407-WDW-DINE as it wasn't showing up online.
Just an FYI for anyone waiting.
Also, they are changing the HDDR times, to 4pm, 6:15pm and 8:30pm beginning 11/13 (I think that's the date she gave me but I could be off).
