Just booked Magical Express for flight in 7 days...

I really don't think I will receive the luggage tags by the day of my fight. Going to arrive in Orlando at around 7:30 pm...Can I just go pick up my luggage up and bring it to the bus? Really don't want to pack just a carry-on. Will this work? What are the hours for ME...what time does the last bus leave? Thanks

Yes you can do just that.(even if tags do arrive and you want to you can )

Last bus is when last flight arrives at Airport >I'm sure they lok at registerd guest arrival times but a Bus is suppose to be available for last flight in.

You can do that, but you don't have to do that. Even if you don't get the tags they can transport your luggage for you.

Expanding on dcgrumpy's response...
Go directly to the DME counter. Give the CM your luggage claim check numbers (claim checks should be stapled to the packet that had your boarding pass). They will show you photographs of various pieces of luggage. Identify yours; these two pieces of information will enable DME to locate and transport your luggage.
