Just booked Hoop!

I am so excited!! After struggling for 2 hours, I finally was able to get a reservation for Reopening Night on 6/23!! It wound up being Cat 2, but I don't care. I'm just so happy to be going back after 27 months away!

I got July 3rd for us and two friends, 6:15. After we head to BLT to watch fireworks from our theme park Villa!

Nice to read the success stories after a rather bumpy start with ’the premature’ release on the one dining ADR site. There has to be a good story as to that flub.

I grabbed a cat 2, then several hours later was able to secure a cat 1 & cancelled the original.

DH just checked and said neither charge hit the CC we assigned to the trip. Seems odd. I did check MDE, it’s still there, phew.

It definitely was stressful! While I would have preferred Cat 1, I'm happy I got it at all

Are you guys having to call in? I can't get anything to show up even 180 days in advance. I've only tried the app and website though.

ADRs can’t be booked more than 60 days in advance, unless you’re staying onsite, in which case you can book at 60 days before checkin for your entire stay (up to 10 more days).

Oh my gosh I can't believe I forgot that! ...especially since I just booked all our ADR's last Friday for our 8 night July stay. Major brain f*rt.

Yes, I can't book 60 days out, let alone 60+10 on the website or app for Hoop no matter the time or day. We are onsite at the Poly.

So, to my original question. Is everyone having to call in? Not sure why any availability isn't showing up for me (anytime from July 19-27). I'm well versed in making ADR's. Can't be totally sold out for all days all times yet I don't believe.

Ah, sorry. I know there were many glitches yesterday and guests unable to book, although I didn’t have any trouble for mid-July. If it’s just HDD I’d keep trying, if I couldn’t book any restaurant at all I’d try website vs. app, log out then in, clear cookies, etc.

I booked online this morning for July 28th.

Only Category 2 was available for 6:15. Category 1 was available for 4:00.
