Just booked for end of August 2004

I am trying to round up some decent airfare for our March trip. We will be going to Hilton Head. I am searching about 6 airports within an okay driving distance and everything is HIGH. Best I can do is PDX into ATL for $398.00.

I hope things come down. Any words of wisdom?

Anyway, during my search I ran across PDX into TPA 8-28-04 through 9-4-04 at $228 each. The flight times are great! The drive doesn't bother me. I figured I should snatch them up since it is Labor Day weekend.

Just thought I would give a heads up and have people check on flying into TPA instead of MCO. There were lots of summer time deals going into TPA.

Good Luck and if anyone finds great deals for end of March let me know. HHI ressies 3-21-04 through 3-26-04 giving extra flex days for driving if need be.

I've already booked for the end of August too! We're going on the August 28th Magic Cruise, but flying in on the day before, Aug. 27th, returning on Sunday, Sept. 5th. The fact that we'll be returning on Labor Day weekend had me wanting to book as early as possible. We'll be flying from Logan Airport in Boston (BOS) into Orlando (MCO). I got non-stop flights for $215. per person, and at the times *I* wanted, so I'm pretty happy too!
