9 months ago I made our first reservations at WDW for this December. I had to reschedule that trip 3 times due to DH transfer schedule changing (military). Finally, I had to cancel it altogether. :sad2:

We found out a few days ago that he was going to get a 2 week break over Christmas. DH decided that a trip to WDW during that time would be my Christmas present. I was worried about getting reservations, but we just made them today without a problem We are going Dec 18 - 23 to the Wilderness Lodge. :yay: :yay:

I am so excited and I never thought this trip was going to happen. And now I only have 9 days to wait. I would like more time to plan, but at least I don't have the agonizing 9 month wait either. I just had to share with some people that know how exciting it is.

We are also trying to decide... if we should add a couple of days to stay over Christmas, leaving on the 25th or 26th. The Wilderness Lodge did still have rooms.
