That is so awesome Carl!! We just love the Boardwalk, it is our favorite and now knowing you have a Boardwalk view makes it so much more exciting. We were in the Crest O The Wave building 2 floors above the DVC offices when we were there in October, 2002 and it was just awesome. Each night we sat on the balcony and watched Illuminations fireworks and just hearing the sounds of the Boardwalk, it was just incredible.

I hope you have a great trip, it is a fantastic time to be at WDW, we were just there December 6-12th and it was super!
