I'm so excited, our trip is officially official! I booked our plane tickets. We are flying in to Long Beach from Portland, Oregon with JetBlue. We paid $89 each way, and the prices went up to $106, so I got in just in time! So excited! :cheer2:

I was just wondering what everyone else is paying to fly in to DLR, and what is the best deal out there?

Congrats on your tix! I hear great things about flying jet blue. Have a wonderful trip!

I paid $165 from Seattle to SNA. I also bought my neice's tix for $139 from Pheonix to SNA. Seems to be about normal for Seattle to be between 150 and 180 from all the times I've flown anyway.

We got in on an Alaska special PDX to SNA $79 there & $99 back. We were thrilled to get the great deal. :cool1: it ended on 2/14 though! Have FUN!!!!

I think we paid 121.40 (including fees) on Alaska when we went, roundrip, from SEA to SNA.

We have flown Jet Blue quite a few times from PDX-LGB for $69 each way. LOVE JB!

You guys are sooooo lucky. Jet Blue doesn't fly out of IAH (Houston) to SNA or SAN. Our choices were Continental or Southwest. Both were close to $500 RT/per person.

I should never have opened this thread. :sad1:

$69 each way!

Traveling from Seattle to SNA. My FIL gave us his companion fare ticket, so DH and I are $69 each way and DS is $50 each way.

Total for 3, $376 plus tax.:thumbsup2

This is our first time flying Jet Blue into Long Beach. Ours was $120 RT from Sacramento per person. The cheapest I have gotten was around $110 from Southwest. In the future I think I'd rather pay the extra few bucks to go into SNA. Transportation from LGB is more.

The cheapest plane tickets I ever bought were for my December trip last year...$38 each way :woohoo: from PHX to SNA.

We're crossing the border to fly out of SEA to SNA. $89 each way on Alaska Air! :thumbsup2

Plus, those of you flying Southwest & JetBlue aren't paying baggage fees!!

I think that is a great price. Last September that is what I paid to fly from SEA to LAX on Virgin America and I was really happy with my deal...until five hours later when they dropped the price (for one day) to $69 each way. ARGH!!

Plus, those of you flying Southwest & JetBlue aren't paying baggage fees!!

That's true. We get a free bag checked with each ticket bought. :woohoo:

So we will be travelling with DH & 3 kids, and we will only have our travel backpacks with snacks and entertainment to keep track of. That is a big deal to me!

Checked Southwest yesterday PHX to SNA $59. each way in april. It was even cheaper than Ding!

I got the Alaska Air deal several months back. Three tickets, roundtrip - total including taxes and stuff: $364.20

PDX to SNA roundtrip
Base Fare and Surcharges $93.02
Taxes and Other Fees $28.38
per person total: $121.40

In August of 2010 we paid $25 per person, each way through Southwest. That was amazing!!!

We flew from Sacramento to Orange County
