Called in right at the opening hour and only had to wait about a minute. No luck with Le Collier at all for the days we are going (May 17 -22) but got everything else within 15 minutes of the requested times.

Sunday - all counter services and snacks

Monday - Crystal Palace @ 6:30.

Tuesday - Hoop Dee Doo @ 5:00

Wednesday - Coral Reef @ 6:10

Thursday - Garden Grill @ 6:00

Friday - O'hana's @ 6:35

My only concern at this point is eating at O'hana's on the last day. I won't be able to use my standard "I'll walk off all this food tomorrow in the parks". :rotfl2:

So I'm reading this more and more about LeCellier. Did you ask about a lunch ADR as well? I'm hoping since we're hoping to get a lunchtime ADR that we'll be able to get in. Lunch and dinner menu aren't that different. We also moved it to day 8 or our 10-day trip thinking there will be less callers able to call for that day before we can. Looks like the restaurants you chose will be a lot of fun.

Based on other posts, it seems like many of us are finding Le Cellier isn't available until day 6 or 7 of a 7 night stay. This may have something to do with so many people booking the 4/3 deal so most people are staying 7 nights.

For those with 4 or 5 night trips it seems to be very difficult (if not impossible) to get in.

Just in case you can't get it on the 90 day mark, others recommend...
1) Keep calling back, cancellations do happen.
2) Call back exactly 90 days from the day you want to go to the restaurant. Some people say they hold back a few reservations for exactly 90-days out, so that people staying off-site have a chance.

Dizfan, thanks for the reply and an added bonus. Thanks for the link in your siggie. Just yesterday I was asking transportation timing questions. Yippee. I have added that site to my bookmarked list.

We are trying for Ohana's the same day as you. It's my hubby's birthday. It will be our first day there. My reservation window opens on Saturday. Did they still have lots of time left? We are going to try for 5:30.

Hi. I'm going Sun May 17th- Sun May 24th and was on the phone early this morning as well. By 7:15am (which is when I actually got through) all the LeCellier ressies were taken from Sun - Thurs. There was a couple of Friday (22nd) and a ton on Sat May 23rd. I'm guessing because people probably arrive on Sat and leave by Sat afternoon. I basically had my pic of any time for dinner on the 23rd. Originally I wanted Sunday so it would be our first dinner but I'm happy with it being our last.

The CM told me as well to call on exactly 90 days from the day you want the reservation (if it doesn't matter, call every morning that is 90 days from a day youre there) because they open up more tables.

Good luck! And maybe we'll cross paths that week and not enough know it!

Yes, they did. I was generally asking for something in the 6 o'clock hour and the CM would start at 5:30 if that slot was open. We plan on going down to the beach to watch Wishes after dinner so I took the 6:35 ressie. Good Luck!!!:wizard:

my sis and I are going may 1st - 16th. managed to get all of the adr's we wanted except coral reef on the 8th. Its such a relief to have them done! I'm so excited I can't wait!!! :cool1:

Great! Thanks for letting me know. I feel better now. We have a backup plan just in case - but my hubby wants Ohana for his b-day dinner.

We have 6:55 ADRs at The Crystal Palace the same day as you. Don't give up on Le Cellier. Keep calling back because people cancel their reservations. We are having dinner at Le Celleir on May 21st.

Hi,

I see by your signature that you have five in your family. 5 is a hard table size to get. If you haven't already; Call back - today if possible- and ask if they have availability for a party of 6. This morning I called to switch around some of my ADRs and I was told, "Sorry for Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House we had no availability" - "Nothing at all?" "Sorry, nothing at all." The CM was offering me no options, but remembering some of the threads I've read here on the DIS I asked "Well do you have an ADR available for 6?" the CM said "I can seat you at 10:30" :confused3 Try it you might get lucky.:thumbsup2

As for 'Ohana - just spend the night doing jumping jacks :yay::yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:
