Just booked 3 night dream sailing May 8 15

Just a question. I have been on the 4 day sailing of the Wonder and really enjoyed the brunch. Is there a brunch on the 3 day Dream sailing? We are going on the mothers day cruise and it will be my husband, mom and myself.
Can anyone tell me which adults only restaurant- Palio or Remy is the nicest? I did Palio on the Wonder and it was OK. I liked the brunch the best. Any ideas on planning some fun things for 2 adults and one very young acting and fit senior? Thanks
