Just been sent this poem cant stop crying :-(

A stranger has just sent me a poem on facebook and I cant stop crying think its hit a raw nerve

Ive deleted it now ive calmed down as i do believe if im sharing it im as bad as the person who sent it to me.
Thanks for all the hugs - ive called my dh back from work and im calm now !!!

I hope you're ok, I can understand why it would affect you personally.

I have to say that I disagree with this sort of material being shared, especially between strangers. I can understand the comfort of knowing that other people are going through the same thing, however it seems that you recieved it out of the blue- no wonder it's hit a nerve.
