No no one hit me.... but why do people think that the cars part when they put thier blinkers on... It was raining pretty good here this morning and I saw more than one person cut off by some moron who thought just because their blinker was on they could change lanes...

That was one of the things I noticed after I moved from California to Washington -- in Washington when you put your blinker on, people actually make room for you to come into their lane. In California, if you put your blinker on, it just makes everyone drive closer together so you can't merge in.

in maryland it isn't a law that you have to use a blinker and believe me most people DON'T!
