We really liked the Radisson. We actually walked from the hotel to Universal Studios, it was close enough!
The Rosen Centre is a very big, beautiful hotel. We had a reservation for two days with priceline. The bid was placed a few months ago. When I called the hotel to verify if they had our reservation (about two months ago) I asked for a king bedroom if one was available when we check-in. This hotel if I understand correctly only have rooms with either two doubles (not queen) or one King. At check-in, I did not asked for anything, I did not even mention the King bedroom because it was late and I figured all the king bedrooms must be occupied. So I took the keys, went to the room and wow, was I in for a surprise! First we enter the room in a big foyer area with a lovely mirror and a console. Then at our right was the bathroom with two seperates areas. One was an open one with a sink, counter and mirror. The enclosed one was very big for a hotel with a pedestal sink, a jaccuzzi bath, the toilet and many amenities like mouth wash, body lotion, etc... The decor was very nice too. The bedroom was very big, with an armoire for the Tv, a mirrored corner with flowers (artificial) and a desk. We had a lovely view of the pool from our room (5th floor). We did not use the pool but it's a very nice, big pool. We used the deli and the food was good. We ate at a table near the piano because there was a piano player and a singer that night.
I don't know how the regulars rooms looked like at the Rosen because I am sure the room we did get was not regular. We sure like the hotel. I know it is rate a 3* but in my opinion, the common areas are more like a 4*. Maybe the regulars rooms are more like a 3*, but our room would qualify as a 4*. If you have any more ???, fell free to ask.
