Just Back!

Hi, gang!

Just back from 8 glorious days at WDW! 2 nights at AKL and 5 at SSR. Yes, there has been damage to all that area, but they are recovering nicely. ALK, wonderful as always. We actually received an upgrade to a Savannah view from a Pool view. We went on over to SSR. What a beautiful place. We were in room 2303 and had a view of the quiet pool and DTD-spectacular! We had a 1 bedroom by the way. I agree the restaurant is a little far away, but we managed! Busses were great, most of the time we had them to ourselves. It was very hot and humid last week. We found our way around SSR fairly easy. I agree that once it is complete, it will be very crowded. All in all, we are very happy with our membership to DVC as SSR owners! Any questions, ask away by pming me! BTW-we met some very nice Disboard members on the Wishes Cruise we shared!

Sooo happy to hear you guys had a magical time! And an upgrade too!!! How wonderful!!!
we`re trying to plan our next trip now, everyone has different times they would like to go. Trying to accomadate the family`s schedule is making me alittle !

The wishes cruise must have been Beautiful! we never went, but seeing it from the inside of MK, I can just imagine!!!

We originally booked a pool view and when we went to check-in, we asked for bunk beds. They didn't have any, so they upgraded us to a Savannah View-still with no bunk beds, but I won't complain! Thanks everyone, I already miss it! Started my job back at school today-back to the real world!
