Just got back yesterday - was there since 4/27 - lines were at a minimal - didn't wait longer than 20 minutes for anything!!!

Were you in the parks on 4/29?

Test Tack had a 70 min standby time in the early afternoon, and the fast pass time return time at that point was nearly 7pm.

Also, MK that day was very crowded with many of the rides we saw having waits of 45 minutes at least.

Welcome home themuses!! Thanks for posting? Sounds like you had a good time. I do have a question.... Did you use the fastpasses to have such short waits in line or was the park that uncrowded? Did you take advantage of the early-entry?

How was the weather? We're going on the 16th and I'm hoping it won't be too hot or humid.

yes we were in the parks on the 29th - we started out with animal kingdom and went right into tree of life, pocohantas show, lion king show, tarzan rocks and primeval whirl (4 times) - yuck!!
i couldn't believe the lion king show was only 1/2 full -
we then headed over to magic kingdom and was able to do everything - we utilized the fast pass for splash mountain which had a 45 minute wait and buzz which had a 25 minute wait - other than that we really had no problems. oh yeah peter pan was really long and we tried twice to get on but didn't feel like hanging around. we walked right onto thunder mountain, pirates of the caribbean, tom sawyer, carousel and just about everything else - our timing just must have worked out.

regarding the weather somebody asked about - it was a weird week with lots of thunder, lightning at night but on the days we were parking it - it turned out to be warm but overcast which is fine with me!!! we lucked out with a couple of nice pool days and typhoon lagoon on sunday was hot and partly cloudy - naturally the forecast looked awesome for this week and probably the rest of the month.

no we stay at the marriott world right outside the park - they have 2 and 3 bedroom villas on their property so we stay there. its a great hotel if anybody is looking for a bigger place - the pool area is terrific

Was the weather cool in the morning and late evening? I want to make sure I am packing the right thing.
