Just Back!

We just got back on Sunday and are still recovering from the drive home.

Anyway, I just had to post that I finally went on Dueling Dragons! My DH and 2 DS's have been after me for the past couple of years to ride it (I'm a BIG chicken). Anyway, we were visiting with friends and my friend said she would try if I would. Well, our husbands dragged us throught the line area (we kicked and screamed the whole way). They finally got us on the ride and we both loved it! It was very kewl!!

So, if anyone saw two screaming women on Friday afternoon at the ride, that was us and we survived!

DD is such a cool ride. Glad you finally got the chance to experience it for yourself.

See, they're "fun rides" not scary.

It's all a marketing problem with the industry, caused by calling them "thrill rides" for so long.
The new Mummy ride will be Fun, and everyone should go when it opens next year. That way, suits will build more fun rides.

Hey, now that you've down Dueling Dragons, you can drive to SFNE (Six Flags New England) and ride Superman: Ride of Steel. Then over to Ohio to visit Cedar Point and ride Millennium Force. Then down to Virginia to visit BGW and PKD. At PKD, they have a gyro drop and takes you up 272 feet, leaves you there for 7 seconds, then drops. It's alot of FUN.

Robvia, I think I'll pass on the rides at 6 flags and Cedar Point. Thanks for the tip though.

BTW, we used to live in Pompano. My oldest DS was born at Plantation General.
